Simple Modern Scandinavian Interior Combined with Industrial Design

Exciting Wood Steps Stairs Leading to the Top Level Inside the House – Mini Bar

As a style developed especially for small space, the modern Scandinavian interior style is sophisticated with fairly small space usage in its ultra-minimalist design. Just like its name, this style appears in some small apartment in Scandinavian area, but nowadays it can be found in any part of the world. One good example about this comes from a small home in Poznan, Poland, designed by Mode: Lina Architects.

This 140 square meter home shows a unique combination of industrialist style and modern Scandinavian interior design. The main room is covered by grey shades with raw and exposed concrete in several sides, while other part of the house is designed in classic white minimalist paint, a typical of Scandinavian design. The main room consists of several islands for kitchen and mini bar, simple dining room, and entertainment room with gray sofa, TV and wooden bookshelf.

Going to the corridor, the warm wooden floor on the living room is replaced with grey concrete floor. Here the raw material is exposed on the ceiling, giving a cool appearance of grey color scheme. Some dark yellow accent is added on the wall to give a warmer tone to the room, and a turning stair leads a way to bedroom'which stands in a very same way with the corridor, with exposed raw material on the ceiling, dark yellow accent, and now with addition of warm wooden floor.

The bathroom is simple with white brick wall and wooden floor. A classic long bathtub is available next to the window, while a small opening lead to the toilet area, with concrete wall and white sink. The combination of this unique decoration leads to a very stylist home, with spacious appearance that increase the coziness of this small sized home. Well just like we said, modern Scandinavian style interiors is good for small space, as you can see in this wonderful home.
